What is use of // and ** operators in Python?

// is a Floor Division operator used for dividing two operands with the result as quotient showing only digits before the decimal point. i.e. 7//5 = 1 and 7.0//5.0 = 1.0.

** is exponentiation operator i.e. 2**3 = 8 and 3**2 = 9
